CBSE CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS (TOPIC-HAPPY CLASSROOMS)

A CBSE Capacity Building Workshop for teachers from Nursery to Class V was successfully organised with a focus on the theme “Happy Classrooms.” The workshop aimed at enhancing teachers’ understanding of creating positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments for the young learners.The session was conducted by the distinguished resource persons, Mr. Sant Kumar Sharma, Principal, N.R.M. Holy Heart Convent School, Boha (Mansa) and Ms. Gunwant Kaur Dhillon, Principal, St. Xavier’s World School, Bathinda. Through their insightful presentations and interactive discussions, the resource persons highlighted the importance of fostering happiness, emotional well-being and active participation of the learners within the classroom .The workshop proved to be highly enriching and informative. The valuable perspectives and thoughtful reflections shared by the resource persons enabled the participating teachers to gain deeper insights into effective teaching practices that promote joyful and meaningful learning experiences. The session further reinforced the significance of nurturing supportive classroom environments that encourage holistic growth and development among students.
