Teachers orientation programme was held on 8th july, 2023 by Father Nelson A D'Silva SJ, Vice President and Treasurer, Xavier Educational Association, Jaipur. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, in the field of education, father explained the constant adaptation required to meet the diverse needs of learners in today's world. Father inspired teachers to understand the reason for various temperaments, encourged them for a positive mindset and helped them analyse and become aware of different patterns in the behaviour and motivated to get connected to students.
